Mainly at night i am facing many problems like software hangup or charts are not update is any body here tell me is RTDS provide day & night support for MCX user?

Brother as of now I got the message from RTDS team that the support timing of rtds has been changed from 24 hours to 15 hours daily but the support will be till the market ends...
