CTC Media, Inc. operates three Russian television networks. The Company’s television networks include the CTC Network, a network offering entertainment programming targeted at 6-54 year-old viewers, Domashny Network, a network principally targeted at 25-60 year-old women, and DTV Network, a network principally targeted at 25-54 year-old viewers (18+ year-old viewers during the year ended December 31, 2008). The Company operates in eight segments: CTC Network, Domashny Network, DTV Network, CTC Television Station Group, Domashny Television Station Group, DTV Television Station Group, CIS Group and Production Group.
