E.ON AG (E.ON) is an industrial group in Germany. The Company's core energy business is organized into six separate market units: Central Europe, Pan-European Gas, U.K., Nordic, U.S. Midwest and Corporate Center. The Corporate Center consists of E.ON AG itself, those interests owned directly and indirectly by E.ON AG that has not been allocated to any of the other segments, including its remaining telecommunications interests.
