The Companys subsidiaries include Chloride Metals Limited, Caldyne Automatics Limited, Leadage Alloys India Limited, Chloride International Limited, Chloride Batteries S.E. Asia Pte. Ltd. and Associated Battery Manufacturers (Ceylon) Limited. Chloride Metals Limited is engaged in lead smelting and refining operations.
