Huntington Bancshares Incorporated is a multi-state diversified financial holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company provides full-service commercial and consumer banking services, mortgage banking services, automobile financing, equipment leasing, investment management, trust services, brokerage services, private mortgage insurance, reinsuring credit life and disability insurance, and other insurance and financial products and services. The Company has four lines of business: Regional Banking, Dealer Sales, the Private Financial and Capital Markets Group (PFCMG), and Treasury/Other. The Company has one national bank subsidiary, The Huntington National Bank (the Bank), and numerous non-bank subsidiaries. Its banking offices are located in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky. The Bank has a foreign office in the Cayman Islands and another in Hong Kong.
