The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (Interpublic), together with its subsidiaries, is an advertising and marketing services company that consists of communication agencies worldwide that deliver custom marketing solutions on behalf of its clients. The Company’s agencies cover a range of marketing disciplines and specialties, from traditional services, such as consumer advertising and direct marketing, to services, such as mobile and search engine marketing. The Company is organized into five divisions and a group of stand-alone agencies that are grouped into two reportable segments, IAN and CMG. Within the IAN segment, McCann Worldgroup, Draftfcb, Lowe Worldwide and Initiative provides an array of global communications and marketing services. CMG, which includes Weber Shandwick, MWW Group, FutureBrand, DeVries, GolinHarris, Jack Morton, and Octagon Worldwide, provides services, such as public relations, meeting and event production and strategic marketing consulting.
