Janus Capital Group Inc. (Janus) is a provider of investment advisory services. Janus provides investment advisory services through its primary subsidiaries, Janus Capital Management LLC (JCM) and Enhanced Investment Technologies, LLC (INTECH). The Company derives substantially all of its revenue and net income from its Investment Management segment, which provides investment management and administrative services to mutual funds, separate accounts and institutional clients in both domestic and international markets. The Company also owns a printing and fulfillment business (the Printing and Fulfillment segment).
