Lanco Infratech Limited (LITL) is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of power generation, power trading, engineering procurement and construction (EPC), and development of infrastructure projects and property. The EPC division of the Company has undertaken projects in property development, roads, airports, irrigation pipelines and transmission lines. The power generation business, including the power projects, under execution and development is around 8500 mega watt. The Company is structured as a holding and operating company. As a holding company, LITL makes investments in various special purpose vehicles (SPVs), which are created for the purposes of undertaking development of projects in the various businesses, such as power generation, road projects, property development, power trading and others.
