The Group's core activity is the provision of commercial accommodation and property services to a diversified range of occupiers across the UK. The Group operates in two business segments: Property Outsourcing and Property Investment. Outsourcing: Provides property financing, facilities services, capital projects delivery, estate strategy and asset management. Property Investment: Manages the Group's investment portfolio which focuses on four sectors of the commercial property market: offices and shops central in London, shopping centres, out of town retail parks across the United Kingdom and south-east industrial. Group clients include the Department of Work and Pension, British Telecom and the BBC.
