Consumer and Office Products manufactures, sources, markets and distributes school and office products, time-management products and envelopes in North America and Brazil through both retail and commercial channels. Specialty Chemicals manufactures, markets and distributes specialty chemicals derived from sawdust and byproducts of the papermaking process. In July 2006, the Company acquired Calmar.
