Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (PSEG) is a holding company that operates through four principal direct subsidiaries: Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), PSEG Power LLC (Power), PSEG Energy Holdings LLC (Energy Holdings) and PSEG Services Corporation (Services). PSEG is an energy company with operations primarily in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic United States, and in other select markets. PSE&G is an operating public utility company engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric energy and gas in New Jersey, the United States. Power is a multi-regional, wholesale energy supply company that integrates its generating asset operations with its wholesale energy, fuel supply, and energy trading and marketing functions. Energy Holdings has two principal direct subsidiaries, which are also its segments: PSEG Global L.L.C. and PSEG Resources L.L.C. Its Services subsidiary provides management and administrative and general services to PSEG and its subsidiaries.
