Resolution plc, formerly Britannic Group plc, is a United Kingdom-based financial services company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are the acquisition and management of in-force life funds. It is also engaged in writing life and pensions business in the United Kingdom and various offshore jurisdictions. It has three segments: life division, asset management and management services. The life division manages its operating life companies utilising the services provided by the management services division. The asset management division through Resolution Asset Management Limited, is a provider of asset management services to Resolution Group companies and to third parties. The management services division through Resolution Management Services Limited, provides services to all life companies within Resolution as well as Group head office.
