The Company offers technical customization services and solutions in e-business. The Company entered into a partnership with Stone & Webster Inc., a subsidiary of Shaw Group, which is engaged in engineering procurement and construction to provide engineering, design and procurement services, related to power, refinery and petrochemical projects. The joint venture company, Stone & Webster Rolta Limited is incorporated in India, and Rolta India Limited has a 50% interest in this company.
