It manufactures linerboard and corrugating medium that it converts into corrugated packaging and sells in the open market. It owns or leases 1.8 million acres of timberland in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Alabama. It grows timber, cuts the timber and converts it into products. It entitles and develops real estate that it owns directly or participates in through ventures.
