Thomas Cook Group

The current Thomas Cook group was formed back in June 2007 when travel group Thomas Cook AG of Germany merged with UK travel company My Travel. Group brands now include Thomas Cook, Airtours, Direct Holidays, Condor, Neckermann and Sunquest.
The newly formed Thomas Cook group is now a leading player in the holiday industry, with a portfolio of travel brands stretching across Europe and touching on North America. The group employs over 33,000 people internationally and provides around 19 million consumers each year with holiday or travel arrangements. Services are sold via a network of over 3,000 owned or franchised travel stores, online or through a series of telephone call centres. The group also operates a fleet of just under 100 aircraft as part of its travel services.
