Unibail-Rodamco, formerly Unibail Holding, is a France-based commercial property investment company engaged in three business sectors: offices, shopping centers, and exhibition and convention complexes. The Company's office portfolio is comprised of office buildings, mainly located in the Paris central business district and its western outskirts. It has a portfolio of 26 office buildings focused on large buildings of over 10,000 square meters, which have been refurbished and equipped with advanced technical installations. Unibail-Rodamco’s portfolio of 25 shopping centers is almost exclusively made up of very large shopping centers. The portfolio includes 12 regional centers, which are made up of four supra regional centers. The exhibition and convention centers are located in Paris and its western outskirts, spread over 360,000 square meters.
