VF’s portfolio of brands and products serves consumers shopping in specialty stores, department stores, national chains and mass merchants. VF’s businesses (or coalitions) are organized into four product categories: Jeanswear, Outdoor, Imagewear and Sportswear. The Company derives 26% of its revenues from outside the United States, primarily in Europe, Canada, Latin America and the Far East, with VF products sold in certain geographic areas through its licensees and distributors.
