Vornado Realty Trust (Vornado) is an integrated real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company conducts its business through Vornado Realty L.P. Vornado operates in five business segments: Office Properties, Retail Properties, Merchandise Mart Properties, Temperature Controlled Logistics and Toys “R” Us. Under the Office Properties segment, the Company owns all or portions of 116 office properties aggregating approximately 31.7 million square feet in the New York City metropolitan area (primarily Manhattan) and in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area. Through the Retail Properties segment, Vornado owns 158 retail properties in 21 states. Under the Merchandise Mart Properties segment, it owns nine properties in five states and Washington, DC. Under the Temperature Controlled Logistics segment, the Company owns 47.6% of Americold Realty Trust. Vornado has a 32.9% interest in Toys “R” Us, Inc.
