Williams Companies, Inc. (Williams) is a natural gas company, which primarily finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas. It also manages a wholesale power business. Its operations are concentrated in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, Gulf Coast, Southern California and Eastern Seaboard. The Company operates in five business segments: Exploration & Production, which produces, develops and manages natural gas reserves; Gas Pipeline, which invloves Williams’ interstate natural gas pipelines and pipeline joint venture investments organized under its wholly owned subsidiary, Williams Gas Pipeline Company, LLC; Midstream Gas & Liquids, which includes natural gas gathering, treating and processing business, and Power, which manages Williams’ wholesale power and natural gas commodity businesses.
