As a Securities Adviser, eResearch provides institutional-quality equity research to the global investment community. We seek to be a complement and supplement to, rather than a replacement or displacement of, either street-generated research or investor relations activity.
As a Limited Market Dealer, eResearch provides Accredited Investors with access to equity financings in small- and mid-cap companies.
The italicized "e" in eResearch has two connotations: equity and electronic. "Equity" because our mandate is providing equity research to the market. "Electronic" because that equity research is distributed electronically.
eResearch complies with the Best Practices Guidelines Governing Analyst/Corporate Issuer Relations as promulgated by the CFA Institute's Centre for Financial Market Integrity and the National Investor Relations Institute. These two organizations developed standards to promote integrity, objectivity, co-operations, and good channels of communication between security analysts and the corporate issuers that they cover.
