United Parcel Service Announces Management Changes

(RTTNews) - Monday, United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) announced various appointments in its new and expanded districts. Earlier, the company had announced that it was going to reduce the number of U.S. Districts from 46 to 20.

The company appointed Jerry Mattes as president of West Region, Richard Camejo as president of Mid Atlantic District, Stefan Wilson as president of Gulf South District, David Ruiz as president of Florida District, Habib Pourfakhrai as president of Red River District, Jill Schubert as president of Northern Plains District, Stan Deans as president of Illinois District, Rosemary Turner as president of Chesapeake District, Bill Soumis as president of North Atlantic District.

The company also added George Willis as president of South California District, Chris Martin as president of North California District, Judy Henry as president of Central Plains District, Noel Massie as president Central California District, Mark Kemper as president of New Jersey District, Nancy Koeper as president of Northwest District, Dow Dameron as president of South Atlantic District, Glenn Rice as president of East Region, Rich Moore as president of Northeast District and Dwayne Meeks as president of Great Lakes District.

The company noted that in these role, the new executive will be responsible for directing small package operations in an area that covers all or parts of sixteen states.

UPS is currently trading at $60.25, down $0.10 or 0.17%, on a volume of 524,363 shares on the NYSE.
