FFD Financial Quarterly Dividend - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - FFD Financial Corp. (FFDF) Wednesday said the Board of Directors have declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.
Dover, Ohio-based FFD Financial said that the dividend will be paid on August 13, to shareholders on the record as of July 30, 2010. This is the fifty-eighth consecutive quarter FFD Financial Corporation has paid a dividend, the company noted.
The declared dividend of $0.17 represents the same dividend rate paid for the comparable period a year ago.
FFDF closed Tuesday's regular trade at $14.03 on the Nasdaq.
