Gillanders Arb Board Recommends 1:2 Bonus Issue

(RTTNews) - Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company informed that its board has recommended issuing bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 (one equity share of Rs.10/- each for every two shares held) to existing shareholders. Shares of the company ended down over 2% at Rs. 170.05 on the BSE today.
