Zygo CFO Walter Shephard To Step Down - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Zygo Corp. (ZIGO) said Friday that its Vice President Finance, CFO and Treasurer, Walter Shephard, has made the personal decision to step down from his positions with the company after serving for over six years.
"After serving Zygo for the past six years, I have made the personal decision to step down to pursue other endeavors," Shephard said in a statement.
The company said it has begun a search for Shephard's successor.
Shephard has agreed to remain in his current roles with the company through August to assist in an orderly transition.
A conference call has been scheduled for August 19 for Zygo to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010.
