New Zealand Producer Prices Rise In Q2
(RTTNews) - Producer Prices in New Zealand increased in the June 2010 quarter, according to data released Thursday by Statistics NZ.
Output prices increased 1.1 percent from the march 2010 quarter and 1.3 percent for the full year to June 2010.
Input prices were up 1.4 percent vs. a rise of 1.3 percent in the March quarter. For the full year to June 2010, input prices were up 2.0 percent.
Statistics NZ said both input and output prices were heavily influenced by higher prices for dairy, meat and fuel products.
