Hansen Transmissions Names Mohan Nagamangala Srinivasan COO - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Gearbox manufacturer Hansen Transmissions International NV (HSN.L) Wednesday said it appointed Mohan Nagamangala Srinivasan as chief operating officer of the company.
Mohan will be based in Belgium and will join the Executive Committee of Hansen Transmissions International. He replaces Cliff Dawson, who will retire on November 1, 2010.
The company noted that Mohan was one of the first executives hired by Hansen in India in November 2007. Mohan joined as executive director of the company's Wind Gearbox Plant in Coimbatore, India. Previously, Mohan had more than 20 years experience in the automotive component industry, holding senior management positions in companies including Visteon and MICO.
In addition, Hansen Transmissions International confirmed that Jan Willem Ruinemans starts as chief financial officer today.
