Steel Strips Wheels August Sales Raises To 55%

(RTTNews) - Steel Strips Wheels Ltd. reported the highest-ever steel wheel sales of 805,881 nos. in August, up by 55% from the 519,812 nos. in August last year.
The company has also achieved the highest-ever steel wheel production of 796,418 nos in August, compared to August 2009 figure of 527,612 nos., recording a 51% growth.
On the export front, its sales were more than twofold to 77,692 wheel rims, compared with 26,247 nos. in August 2009.
At the BSE, Steel Strips shares are currently trading at Rs.230.70, up by 2.31% from the previous close.
