Koutons Retail To Consider Fund Raising

(RTTNews) - Apparel retailer Koutons Retail (India) today said it has convened a board meet on September 4 to consider raising funds through a public issue and/or on a private placement basis, including a qualified institutional share placement. The board will also recommend divided for the financial year 2009-10.
On the BSE, shares of the company are now trading at Rs.310, up 1.41% on a volume of 6,862 shares.
