Zylog Systems To Raise Up To Rs.250 Cr
(RTTNews) - IT services company Zylog Systems on Thursday said that it would move an enabling resolution at its upcoming AGM to help raise funds up to Rs. 250 crore via issue of further securities in domestic or international markets.
The securities may include equity shares/convertible or non-convertible warrants under a qualified institutional placement or FCCB's/ADRs/GDRs.
Shares of Zylog are now trading at Rs.559 on the BSE, up 0.26% on a volume of 0.56 lakh shares.
