Acacia Research Unit Reaches License Deal With ERad - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Acacia Research Corp. (ACTG) said its Hospital Systems Corporation subsidiary entered into a license agreement with eRad Inc. covering a portfolio of patents that apply to medical picture archiving and communication system or PACS technology.
The company noted that this deal resolves the parties' dispute that was pending in the District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
