Red Mile Minerals Recieves TSX Venture Exchange Approval - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Red Mile Minerals Corp. (RDM.V) said today it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval of a shares for services agreement in which 60,000 common shares will be issued to RM Communications Inc. for the provision of internet and presentation branding services. The shares will be issued at $0.15 to RM Communications in payment of $9,000 of services and will be subject to a hold period of 4 months.
