Crowlight Minerals Issues UPdate On Jinchuan Offer - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Crowlight Minerals Inc. (CML.TO) said today it intends to seek an extension to the validity date of the offer from Jinchuan Group Ltd. to acquire all of the common shares of Crowflight in consideration for an aggregate cash payment of $150 million, as the deadline of the offer terminated on August 31.
