Massive Quake Rocks New Zealand

(RTTNews) - Saturday, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake, with epicenter about 20 miles west of Christchurch,New Zealand, resulted in serious injuries to two humans and widespread damage to property, but no deaths, said media reports.
The tremblor, which cut power, water and sewage connections and damaged buildings, was initially reported to measure 7.4 on the Richter's scale.
