Bluewater Partners With HCL Axon To Upgrade Its SAP Operations

(RTTNews) - Ontario-based energy solution provider Bluewater Power or BWP partnered with HCL Axon to upgrade its SAP Customer Care and Billing Solution??CRM7, said HCL Technologies.
The implementation of SAP's CRM7 Solution will enhance Bluewater's customer service capabilities and further its commitment to customer's energy efficiency and grid reliability.
The company said the SAP's CRM7 would provide automation and up-t-date information to improve the visibility of customers across the organization, allowing BWP to quickly adapt to changing business and customer needs.
At the BSE, HCL Technologies shares are now trading at Rs.401.15, up by 0.12% from the previous close.
