IDFC To Raise Rs.3,400 Cr. Via Bonds
(RTTNews) - Infrastructure Development Finance Co. Ltd., or IDFC, said its board had approved the proposal to undertake a public issue, in one or more tranches, of Long Term Infrastructure Bonds of Rs.5,000 each, in the nature of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for Rs.3,400 crore.
At the NSE, IDFC shares are currently trading at Rs.186.60, up by Re.0.85 or 0.46% on a volume of 46,000 shares. The scrip touched an intraday high of Rs.188.50 and a low of Rs.186.20.
