Nighthawk Energy: Approaching a New Dawn - Phase-2 development program (4 well plan) on Jolly Ranch project (100% WI) is making excellent progress. The first well - John Craig 6-2 was successful and produced 1,349 barrels of oil over a continuous period of three days. Work is on-going to put the well on production. This will substantially increase the overall production volumes and we believe will be cash flow accretive. Production in August 2012 averaged 60 bopd. The second Well - Peak Williams 4-30, will be flow tested in the next few days. With the third well approaching its planned target depth of 8,400 feet and fourth and final well expected to be spudded within the next 10 days, we can expect momentum to build, especially if this recent track record continues.

In this news:

- Installation of facilities to bring the John Craig 6-2 well into permanent production completed and the well is on production
- Pike's Peak Williams 4-30 well, the second well in the new drilling program, to be flow-tested in next few days
- Drilling of the Knoss 6-21 well, the third well in the program is approaching planned target depth of 8,400 feet
- Steamboat Hansen 8-10 well, the fourth well in the program planned to spud within the next 10 days

New World Oil and Gas: Raises $14mm through Equity issue - Proceeds will be utilized to fund the third well (final well) at the Blue Creek Project and planned 3-D seismic programme at the Jutland project in Denmark. It is now fully funded for the three well drill programme at Blue Creek (Belize).  RPS energy estimates combined P50 volumetrics of 329mm bbl for the three drill ready prospects. The company has already spudded the first well - Blue Creek #2 on the B Crest prospect which is estimated to hold gross P50 un-risked prospective resources of 92.1mm bbl. Encouraging drill results will be positive.

In this news:

Raised GBP8.6 million (approximately US$14 million) gross of expenses by the issue of 95,555,556 new ordinary shares at a price of 9p/share.
The proceeds of the Placing will be used to fund the drilling of a third well at the Company's Blue Creek Project ('Blue Creek' or the 'Project') located in the productive Petén Basin in Northwest Belize, the planned 3-D seismic programme on the Company's Danica Jutland project in Denmark and for general working capital purposes.
