Paragon Diamonds has released its interim results for the six month period ending 30 June 2012. Paragon reported a loss of £1,4M for the period, which compares with a restated loss of £2.2M for the previous corresponding period.

The loss was very much in line with expectations and consisted mainly of depreciation and administrative costs.

More importantly, the company is working up its maiden resource statement and a scoping study for Motete. There will also be the continuing results from the Lemphane bulk sampling programme ensuing good news flow over the coming months.
