VTB decided to increase dividends

This figure is very high for emerging markets. For example, Sberbank spends about 10% of its profit for divident payments.
After that shares of VTB raised 1.8% to 0.124 rubles.
Analysts think that such high dividend payments will increase attractiveness of VTB in the eyes of its shareholders, because shares didn't show any good results after IPO on March 2007.
