The Company manages operations through five operating segments: Olefins and Polyolefins—Americas, Olefins and Polyolefins—Europe, Asia, International, Intermediates and Derivatives, Refining and Technology. The Company’s chemical products tend to be basic building blocks for other chemicals and plastics, while plastic products are used in large volume applications. The Company’s customers use plastics and chemicals to manufacture products including food packaging, home furnishings, automotive components, paints and coatings.
