The Company operates in two segments E&P, which has operations focused within the United States on the development of two unconventional natural gas reservoirs located in Arkansas and Pennsylvania and Midstream Services, which includes natural gas gathering activities in Arkansas, Texas and Pennsylvania through its subsidiaries DeSoto Gathering Company, L.L.C. and Angelina Gathering Company, L.L.C.
