-The encounter was in clastics at c.4,450mMD in the Oligocene
-While logging is ongoing, early interpretation indicates two main reservoirs of approximately 40m
-Testing is expected to take three weeks
-SOCO has a 28.5% working interest in Block 16-1 and its 100% owned subsidiary OPECO Inc owns 2%
