Indian stock market daily closing report (February 08, 2013)

Indian markets ended down today as the selling in index heavyweights such as SBI, ITC & Cipla weighed on the markets. The Sensex ended in red for the eighth consecutive session today to end the week on negative note. With todays fall the markets has touched lowest point in the current calendar year.
Less than expected quarterly results of the companys such as Canara Bnak, M&M, ACC & Ambuja also dampened investors sentiments today.
The breadth of the market was negative in todays trade.
