Indian stock market daily closing report (September 03, 2012)

The Markets gained in morning session on account of Shome committee recommendation that the General AntiAvoidance Rule (GAAR) should apply from assessment year 2017-18. But markets pare all of its gains as the sentime nts were dampened after disruption of parliament's mo nsoon session for the ninth consecutive day which leadsto grim domestic political scenario.

The breadth of the market was neutral in today's trade.
