RTDS- query

As with RTDS, their data rates are very low can it be related with low data quality or is it in real time also is there after sales support with them??

as a user I can say that their packages prices are low but the data that they are providing is in real time

i am using their service for last few months

I am using their software for past few months and also got sufficient support from them regarding any issues with their software...
