Altria Group, Inc. is a holding company. The Company’s segments include smokeable products, smokeless products and wine. Altria Group, Inc.'s tobacco operating companies, including Philip Morris USA Inc. (PM USA), U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company LLC (USSTC) and other subsidiaries of UST LLC (UST), and John Middleton Co. (Middleton), offer tobacco products, such as cigarettes. Black & Mild is the principal cigar brand of Middleton. The Company’s tobacco subsidiaries sell tobacco products principally to wholesalers (including distributors), and retail organizations, including chain stores and the armed services. The Company’s wine segment includes the operations of Ste. Michelle, which is a producer of varietal and blended table wines. Ste. Michelle produces Washington state wines, primarily Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Crest, and owns wineries in or distributes wines from a number of other wine regions and foreign countries.
